Gordon Kenneway - CEO

Gordon co-founded Firstserv in 1998 and is responsible for driving its strategy and direction.

He oversees technical teams, manages partner relationships and ensures that the best possible people are in place. "Firstserv is not only about excellent technical solutions but also about excellent service. Fantastic customer led staff will provide fantastic service."

Passionate about computers since his first Apple II in 1983, Gordon worked at KPMG and Credit Suisse before launching Firstserv. In his spare time he enjoys racing his road bicycle as well as anything else with wheels.

Tim Mason - Chairman

Tim is the Chairman, bringing his vast experience from AIM listed company Maintel, at which he was founder and Chief Executive. He works closely with the Firstserv team to improve all areas of service and grow the customer base.

Tim is also a Director of a TV production company that produces viral advertisements for the web as well as prime time TV commercials. Tim invests in fine wine and tries to stick to his policy of “drink one, store one”!

Tally Rull - Sales Director

Tally leads strategic sales focus, is improving communication channels with customers and between departments, and manages the sales team.

In his spare time nothing makes Tally happier than spending time with his wife and kids or driving at 200mph along a deserted desert highway with his hair on fire.

Abigail Orr - Head of Office Operations

Abigail monitors and streamlines internal systems and processes and oversees the day to day running of the office. She is also instrumental in shaping the marketing strategy for Firstserv, and manages online communications.

In her free time Abigail is often to be found curled up with a book or behind the lens of her camera. She is a devoted Londoner, and loves wandering along by the Thames with her fiancé.

Ruchi Singh - Head of Service Management

As Head of Service Management Ruchi focuses on ensuring smooth delivery and transition for Firstserv customers new and existing. She is Prince 2 and ITIL qualified and works closely with the sales and support teams.

Ruchi is passionate about fashion and loves to spend her free time shopping.

Matthew Leach - Head of Technical Services

As Head of Technical Services Matthew implements new routing hardware, architecture and controls, manages the support team and recruits new technical staff to fill any knowledge gaps.

In Matthew's spare time he patrols the streets of London as a volunteer police officer.

Ferlin Alvares - Senior Microsoft Engineer

Ferlin is a senior technical engineer, responsible for implementing new systems and services, as well as advising the first and second line support teams.

Ferlin plays tennis and badminton in his free time, and likes to read novels.
