As part of Firstserv's ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction we are providing a status page for our network. This will supply customers with details on all known system incidents affecting one or more of our hosted customers.
The server is based in France and hosted totally separately from Firstserv's core network and thus should not be affected by anything in our network or any UK-wide issues.
Matthew Leach, Head of Support Services at Firstserv, says "This will be very useful for keeping customers updated, and can be first port of call for them if there are any problems."

RSS Setup:
Click on the orange RSS icon, located next to the "recent updates" header. This will take you to the RSS feed page.
If using Firefox, at the top of the page there is a drop down box saying "Subscribe to this feed using:". Choose your preferred RSS reader. For example, if you select Outlook Express it will automatically update your RSS feeds in Outlook at regular intervals.
If using IE, at the top of the page there is an option to "Subscribe to this feed". If you click this, a popup will appear with options on how to subscribe.
